We want you to love your vibrant FARM Rio pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method or an instant store credit for your next colorful purchase.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Place your items in the original packaging and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to attach to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund within 7-10 business days.
